We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in unworn and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and you are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. Please note that all refunds will not include the cost of delivery.

When returning any items, please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.
